Rapolaki and Link Joyce E. Felder, the President of the Prince
George’s County Maryland Chapter of the Links, Incorporated signed
the Memorandum of Agreement regarding the implementation of the
Adopt an Orphan of Lesotho

In her remarks, Link Felder said “ …the members of The Prince
George’s County, Maryland Chapter of the Links, Incorporated are
pleased to take this crucial next step in implementing the Adopt an
Orphan of Lesotho Project…”
In her response, Her Excellency Ambassador Rapolaki highlighted that
“…given the developmental challenges facing Lesotho today as a
result of HIV/AIDS impact on the people of Lesotho, I have no doubt
that the areas identified for support under this Memorandum of
Agreement are crucial in ensuring we avert the unnecessary deaths
that have claimed the lives of young and vulnerable children, the
future of Lesotho…”
